Sales Associate
Apply to Join Our TeamKnown for its award-winning program, Academic Innovations is seeking Sales Associates to support the sales efforts of Senior Educational Consultants (ECs) within the secondary and 2-year college markets. This essentially is a business development role. You will source new leads as well as qualify incoming leads. These leads will mostly be educational personnel in a wide variety of roles in secondary schools and colleges.
Primary Goals:
- Drive attendance to our Professional Development Workshops
- Sell the high level benefits of our online program My10yearPlan.com® and the supporting Career Choices series textbook/workbook for course adoptions
- Relentlessly source, qualify and transfer strong opportunities for our ECs

Qualifications and Attributes (recent graduates encouraged to apply):
- College degree (BA or BS).
- Self-starter, task-oriented and results oriented. If you have the ambition to become an Educational Consultant, that is to your advantage.
- Superb phone manner and excellent writing skills. You should be confident and credible. You need the discipline and dedication to make a lot of calls and emails.
- Comfortable using software applications. Training in Salesforce.com will be given.
- Great to have, but not required:
- Business development/sales/public relations experience.
- Exposure in another role to the education industry.
Full-time position:
Monday through Friday. Compensation based on qualifications and experience.
